Mid Season - From £75 per room per night (April & October)
High Season - From £85 per room per night (May to September)
Low Season - From £65 per room per night (March & November)
General Terms & Conditions
We have a strict non smoking policy (including e-cigarettes) throughout the whole house. Any breach of this will incur a charge.
Check in time is between 3pm & 6pm
Check out is 10am
Credit card details will be taken at the time of reservation. This is only for guaranteeing your room. No charge will be applied to your card at that time
Cancellation Policy - if you give us 7 days notice then no charge will be made, if notice is within 7 days then one nights charge per room booked will be made
No shows or cancellation on the day of arrival will incur one nights room charge
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by any act, omission, default or neglect of the guest and will pay to the Rose Villa Guest House the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage and the costs of such recovery
