Rose Villa Guest House is situated within the town centre and is in level walking distance of both the train station and the ferry terminal. Rose Villa provides an excellent base for discovering the interesting and attractive town of Oban or for exploring further afield to explore the beautiful western Highlands and Islands.
When you come down the hill into Oban on the A85 and first see the bay, look out for the Kings Knoll Hotel on the left hand side (you can't miss it as it is bright yellow). Take the first left after the hotel (it is right on the corner of the road) towards Atlantis Leisure swimming pool. At the bottom of the hill take the first right then look out for Rose Villa on your left.
If you are coming north to Oban on the A816 Lochgilphead road, drive through the town along the Esplanade by the sea and turn right at the roundabout as though you were going to Fort William. You will see the Kings Knoll Hotel up ahead. Turn right before the hotel and follow the instructions above.
